We ship across Portugal and to selected EU countries via CTT.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:
— Portugal Continental: 2–4 business days
— Islands (Madeira & Azores): 5–10 business days
— EU countries: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €75 to Portugal Continental.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your CTT tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at voyabyestela@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
