At Voya by Estela we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order, to request an exchange or return without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

You may also cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

To be accepted, items must be returned in the following condition: unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are excluded from exchanges and returns: underwear (briefs, thongs, boxers, slips, bodies and similar), socks, tights, swimwear and bikinis, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

Multipacks are indivisible and cannot be partially returned.

In case of a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge.
